About Waitlists
If a trainee registers for a classroom session that is full, the trainee is placed on the wait list. If a training spot becomes available, trainees are automatically put in the open spots in the order the registration request was received.
Trainees that are moved from the wait list to the roster are automatically notified via email. The status shown on the My TrainCaster page is also updated from 'waiting list' to 'registered'.
