Manage Locations

Classroom locations allow you to specify where a session will be held, the region, maximum capacity, currency (if needed) and time zone.

To add/modify locations:

  1. Click the Classroom tab on the main Course Manager page.
  2. Click the 'Add Class' button to add a new training session, or click the 'Edit' button associated with a training session.
  3. Complete or modify the dates and deadlines at the top of the form.
  4. Click 'Edit Location List'.

  5. Click 'Add' to add a new location, or select a location from the list and click the 'Modify' button.
  6. Enter the information about the location in the form: Location, Region, Capacity, Currency (if used) and Time Zone.
  7. Click 'Close Window'.
